Would a disposition for a felony show up on a background check even if i was released from jail the next day?

i was arrested for possession and was released from the next day. i have no case number, i never went to court for it and i was not bonded out.On my disposition paper it says i was straight released from the charge. will the felony still show up on a background check for a job?
