I want to make boneless fried chickenlike kfc i have a recipe but i need a sub for bread crumbs?
I soak my boneless, skinless chicken in ermilk with about ten dashes of hot sauce. Let this sit in the fridge for about four hours to tenderize the chicken. Meanwhile, I mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and poultry seasoning to dredge the ermilk coated chicken pieces in. If you want a thicker breading then dip the chicken back in the ermilk and the back through the seasoned flour again. Fry at 350 degrees for at least 15 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches 175 degrees. Let the chicken rest and it will come up to 180 degrees.
