What would be the cost (apprx) to convert my automatic transmission to a manual in my 86' toyota supra?

it's a 1986 toyota supra, in-line 6-cylinder, 3.0. I would like to know the total cost including cost of new transmission, welding for pedal, gear box etc.. and if you knew what I could possibly sell the automatic transmission for after conversion that would be nice too. thanks.
