Making a complaint about local nhs mental health team?

it's completely within your right to complain, however it sounds as though the cpn was doing what she thought was best. Although you disagree for the need of social services the cpn was just trying to help, if social services decide their is no need for them then they won't see you after the essment. Personally i would rather a cpn that was over cautious than one who did nothing.
