Did the Prez purposely divert attention from Fox News fiasco by declaring flu emergency?

The Allegheny Health Department spokesman basically said that there is NO flu emergency, contrary to what the Prez declared, because he said it will essentially run its course, and it made no sense that Obama would declare it an emergency. Aaaah, but not to me as I can see right through his ploy. This is an attempt to divert attention from the childish behavior of trying to exclude Fox News from the conference. This is a page right out of the Liberal Handbook reminiscent of Bill Clinton bombing an aspirin factory in Africa because the Monica Lewinsky grand jury testimony was to be front page news the next day, until Monica's boyfriend intervened and it ended up on page 4.
