Are there ever any serious questions or answers on here?

Just seems like every other question/answer is "Obamas a terrorist socialist look at this video...he hates our country!" ... Nothing wrong with a little criticism of the president, I'm all for it, but are there ever any Q/As with a resemblance of intelligence to them? I want to answer a question but I can't even find a serious question after wading through pages and pages of the politics section.
