Upgrade GPU or CPU??

neither, your pc is good as it is!! try overclocking the cpu and graphic card that your already have as both can be overclocked to i7 / 6870 levels. Your just wasting money otherwise. If anything id get more memory. 6GB should be more than enough.. maybe an external drive for backups
