What is Ericas Utilities for installous. I can not find it anywhere. Also its for jailbroken ipods. Thanks?

It is a dependency for downloading installous and some other cracked things on ipod. Ive only had mine jailvtoken for about a week and am gettin pretty pissed. Need some free apps. Thanks
