Bloodshot and eye infection that wont go away if you know about eyes please help!?

I have had an eye infection or something for like 2 months now I have gone to an optometrist and she keeps putting me on different drops she also doesnt seemed to be concerned about my eyes being bloodshot she just says well the veins seem to be a little more prominent anyways I also have an ulcer on one of my tear ducts Im uming it is as a result of one of the eye drops she put me on she says she sees nothing wrong with my conjuctiva but she does see follicles in my eyes I dont know I am so fed up how to I get rid of this?
